Guyanese Encouraged to Apply for OAS-Structuralia Scholarships
Structuralia, a prominent online education institution specializing in STEM fields, has announced the launch of the second phase of its collaboration with the Organization of American States (OAS) to offer 2,000 online master’s scholarships.
According to a statement from the OAS, these scholarships, covering 50% of the program’s tuition fees, signify a joint effort to foster professional development on a regional and international scale, opening doors to successful careers.
With a history spanning 14 years, this initiative offers a unique opportunity for Latin American professionals and students to access high-quality education, aimed at expanding knowledge and skills in critical areas such as civil engineering, energy, environment, construction, management, and digital transformation.
The scholarship program also includes an opportunity for students to pursue a double degree with UCAM (Catholic University of Murcia), combining a degree from a European university with one from Structuralia.
Additionally, supplementary benefits have been established to promote access to academic excellence, particularly targeting women and young individuals aged between 20 and 30.
Applicants can choose from 60 master’s programs, including:
- Master’s Degree in Project Management
- Master’s Degree in Agile Methodologies
- Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity
- Master’s Degree in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Governance
- Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence
- Master’s Degree in Oil & Gas And Petrochemical Industries
The selection process for beneficiaries is meticulous, considering the ideal profile for the chosen master’s program, compliance with requirements (residency in an OAS member state and submission of a letter of motivation), and submission of necessary documentation (copy of identity document, CV/resume, and university degree) with the application.
