FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE- ASP Jermaine Harper
Assistant Superintendent of Police Jermaine Harper has been warded in an overseas hospital in a serious condition. The young police officer has been unwell for some time now and was back in April, air-dashed out of Guyana for advanced medical attention.
Speaking with his sister this afternoon, she confirmed that her brother is indeed unwell and still hospitalized outside of Guyana.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Jermaine Harper is well known within the Guyana Police Force and by members of the public as one of the most approachable professional police officers.
Up to the time of his hospitalization, ASP Harper was serving as the Traffic Officer for the Police Regional Division 4-B
In an earlier report, this publication inadvertently stated that Mr. Harper has passed. Close relatives have since confirmed that Mr. Haper remains in hospital. This publication offers apologies to the relatives, friends, and the GPF for any discomfort caused by our previous report.
