Brother who killed sibling over cow for court Wednesday

Two brothers who were making plans for cows which are owned by their father dies found themselves in a battle of words and fist on Saturday resulting in one being stabbed to the chest in the process while the other remains in custody.
On Monday government pathologist Nehaul Singh performed a post-mortem on the remains of 45-year-old Shieldtown, West Bank Berbice resident Sarananand Bishnauth and gave his cause of death as a stab wound to the chest. His post-mortem was witnessed by his father.
The file in relation to the matter is now at the Director of Public Prosecution and legal advice is expected to be handed down to the police today who will institute and prepare the suspect for court tomorrow Wednesday.
On the day in question, the father of the men left home to go out and instruct the two not to imbibe but they nevertheless did just that and when the liquor got more than them, they began arguing over how the cows which are owned by their father should be divided between them when he dies.
Kemlall Bishnauth, the suspect is said to be a heavy drinker and according to persons in the area, after killing his brother, left the community but was subsequently arrested by the police where he has been in custody since.
